Feature & Follow Friday #5

Feature & Follow Friday #5

First things first…what is the Feature & Follow Blog Hop? Well, it’s a weekly meme hosted by Rachel @ Parajunkee and Alison @ Alison Can Read. The meme helps to launch new book bloggers and also makes it easy for quite a few already established (and new!) bloggers to get together once a week and go on a commenting-frenzy. Make new friends, get in touch with old ones…it’s a win/win for everyone!

  1. (Required) Follow the Follow My Book Blog Friday Hosts {Parajunkee & Alison Can Read}
  2. (Required) Follow our Featured Bloggers
  3. Put your Blog name & URL in the Linky thing. You can also grab the code if you would like to insert it into your posts.
  4. Grab the button up there and place it in a post, this post is for people to find a place to say “hi” in your comments and that they are now following you.
  5. If you are using WordPress or another CMS that doesn’t have GFC (Google Friends Connect) state in your posts how you would like to be followed
  6. Follow Follow Follow as many as you can, as many as you want, or just follow a few. The whole point is to make new friends and find new blogs. Also, don’t just follow, comment and say hi. Another blogger might not know you are a new follower if you don’t say “HI”
  7. If someone comments and says they are following you, be a dear and follow back. Spread the Love…and the followers
The question is:

Do you read one book at a time or do you switch back and forth between two or more?

That really depends on how many reviews I have due that week! Right now I have three books going – two for review, one just for pleasure. I prefer to have just one, though, because that means whatever I’m reading is good enough that I don’t want to bother with anything else.

Please follow via the Linky Follow on the sidebar; if you despise the Linky, there’s also Feedburner, WordPress Email, and Twitter here. 🙂

Thanks!

I really wish I could read more than one book at a time, unfortunately that is not the case!

Thanks for stopping by my blog, New linky follower.

2 at a time…at the most. It surprises me..some of the FF answers. 5 or more books at a time. WOW 🙂
I, too, differenciate btw books for review and books I read for the fun of it / pleasure.
Then again, even if I mostly just read 1 or 2….I can listen to music while reading. Doesn’t bother me at all. In fact, feels like sth is missing without it.
Happy Friday

_yay_: FollowFriday

New LinkyFollower! 😀

I don’t really read more or less books of my review-schedule, because I seldomly request review copies, but also think that it’d put me under too much pressure, which usually leads to borderline-mental-breakdowns. : D

Hey, if I had a lot of review copies due soon I would probably be reading more than one too. Old linky follower follower, thanks for stooping by!!

I have too many blog tours, book review books and books I wanna read! I make myself read 1 at a time too 🙁

I really should read more for pleasure instead of just review. Maybe I’ll make that my goal for the next week!

Thanks for stopping by & following. Following back via Linky!
